Shamrock has it's own section. Keep scrolling down in the main forum.

The 2018 has no posts. I suggest putting the second part of your post there as a new topic.

Mike,
Are you in charge of administering the CARBOY Forum?  If so, 2 unrelated suggestions (if not for you then for the true administrator, who should be reading this also):

1) Should the main Shamrock link be a top-level one instead of 2nd-level under Events?  With about 10 weeks to go before Shamrock 2018, I suspect the volume of posters and readers will start to increase before or shortly after year's end.

2) When brewers register their beers for Shamrock and the other NC club-sponsored competitions that I've registered beers for, there is a field for the names of co-brewers (I forget what exactly that field is called) but that field isn't used after registration, unless it is used to make sure that co-brewers don't judge their own co-brewed beers.  That means that co-brewers don't get recognized for their often significant contributions to well-brewed beers including ribbon-winners.  So what I'm suggesting is that the co-brewers' names(s) field be used in addition to the submitting brewer's name when referring to beers after the competition.  No duplicate mailings or ribbons.  This suggestion is for the Shamrock registrar, and for club comment, not the Forum administrator.

Thanks,
Mike

Gary,

You can post the image on Facebook but it needs to be on the Internet somewhere. In Facebook, you open the image, right click and choose Copy Image Address and then paste it in between the two IMG tags (when you click insert image icon above). The image I included is one from my FB page.

Gary,
As far I understand it. You need to upload an image to a image server first, for example http://imgur.com/

Once your upload the image, you can then use the image's url with the image tag, for example:
Code: [Select]
[img]http://i.imgur.com/VkQ4JmB.gif[/img]
will produce the image below.

There may be other ways to do this, but this is how I know how to do it. Make sure the image url you provide containts the file extension (e.g., gif, jpg, etc)
