This is an Extract with specialty grains recipe

Malt:

8 oz. Black patent
8 oz Chocolate
8 oz Crystal 120
6 lb DME dark

Hops:

1.0 oz Nugget (Bittering) @60 min
1.0 oz Willamette (Flavoring) @2 min

Wyeast #1056 

Notes:
Steep specialty grains steeped in grain bag for 30 min @ 150 degF
added two jars of raspberry preserves at beginning of boil
added two - 3.5 oz bars prugina chocolate with raspberry
Pitched 1 tube of White labs equivalent for Wyeast 1056

Fermented 7 days in primary & 7 days in secondary

SG - 1.052
FG - 1.010
